HOT ROD SLED SHOP PDT SERIES CLUTCH RAMPS: A new design from HRSS aimed specifically at the Ski-doo 850 ETEC turbos . it is also a great tuner ramp which has a higher shift rpm initially and then the same heavy loading up top as our PDM2. This weight was specifically designed to make the turbo's throttle response quicker in the first 1/3rd to 1/2 of the shift profile compared to our own PDM2 ramp. The profile is the same as our PDM2 from 1/2 shift to full shift. They also respond really well when having to add more clutch weight for higher horsepower ECU flash tunes. We have run an added 20-70 horsepower on the 850 ETEC turbo to be sure the loaded PDT weight is still super throttle responsive. The new profile in the 850 ETEC Turbo & Turbo R revs quicker and has higher shift rpm and create less load to the motor in the first 1/3 to 1/2 of the shift curve compared to our HRSS-PDM2. Customers wanting a "waspier" harder hitting shift curve with more rpm initially and a quick agressive lift will love this ramp. We have a complete clutch kit developed for the Flashed 10-70 hp setups now. This ramp works really well in the Mach Z 900R turbo as well. Sold in sets of 3 with best in the world IGUS bushings and epoxy coated magnets. Base weight is 76 grams and adjusts to 94 grams. Our ramps are built with chrome-moly billet steel that is machined, hardened and nickel plated or Black Oxy coated. All of our weights sets include 3 weights and also include a set of epoxy magnets for adjusting weight and are either nickel plated or Black Oxy coated to prevent corrosion. Please note the black oxy penetrates into the steel even though the outer "black" coating scratches off!
