HOT ROD SLED SHOP 2024 SKI-DOO MXZX 850R ETEC COMPETITION TURBO TRAIL SLED CLUTCH KIT- This kit accelerates incredibly hard and still has great backshift--much quicker throttle to track response than a stock sled. We are offering a lake race kit and a trail kit and then all stock and "mod" which would be JAWS pipe add-ons and flash tuned sleds. Kits for "ALL STOCK " SLEDS HAVE PDM2 WEIGHTS, AND KITS FOR "MODS" HAVE PDM2H WEIGHTS FOR POWER ADDERS. The difference in kits from fast trail to lake race is the helix only. We are able to run more helix angle for lake racing as there is little or no snow load or friction to the system as snow creates. If you are 80% trail riding get the FAST TRAIL kit. The lake race kit is for pounding the throttle wide open AND PULLS HARDER UP TOP! The engagement on both kits is 3400-3500 RPM and grabs the belt harder for less slip and heat. Our kit works with the stock 571 , Gboost WBB383, Gboost XC383, and the XS Ultimax belts . Our kit will put several sled lengths on a stock sled while back shifting much faster to increase the fun factor from corner to corner trail blasting as well! The kit will be available for stock horsepower and our HRSS flashes to 278 horsepower. We have developed a PDM2H weight especially for this turbo to handle the impressice stock HP as well as our BIG HP Tune Packages. Our HRSS PD series of weights are 4130 billet chromoly steel, hardened, and plated. KIts will incude adjustable clutch weights, progressive helix, H5 primary spring, and H5 secondary spring. Very detailed instructions provided for stock, Jaws pipe, and combos of the HRSS tunes to 278 hp.
